Reporting to the Director, Partner Support, our Bilingual Partner Support Representatives serve as the primary liaison for our valued merchant partners across Canada. This pivotal business-to-business role encompasses the provision of unparalleled service, addressing and resolving a wide array of inquiries and concerns to bolster partner satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring an exemplary service experience.
- Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
- Communicating with partners through phone and email.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and French
- At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
- Computer savvy and able to learn internal software
- Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9-5
