About Stamped:

Stamped has recently acquired the lifecycle tool, Repeat, in an effort to help brands proactively reengage their customers in the repurchase experience. We believe loyalty programs that sit on a shelf (i.e. the brand's website) are ineffective; they simply reward the customers who are already loyal to your brand. This means traditional loyalty programs are losing brands money, unnecessarily.

We believe in a world where lifecycle and loyalty marketing merge into one combined retention effort. Lifecycle goes and gets the attention of your customers and loyalty rewards get them to buy more products now.

In only a few short months, we've seen brands using this strategy dramatically outperform those operating a more traditional loyalty program.

Now we need to get this message into the hands of the best agencies in ecommerce.


Role:

We're looking to hire an ‘agency partnerships owner' to help us bring this new strategy to life. We have seen very positive early indicators so far where agencies are lighting up during our demos and pitching this to their client list.

The right candidate will already be familiar with DTC lifecycle marketing. Subject matter expertise is extremely important for this person to be successful digging into email / SMS strategy and execution with our partners.

This is the perfect role for an entrepreneurial lifecycle marketer looking for that next level of ownership and impact in their career.

This person will also be a systems-thinker who can create a scalable technology partnerships program for Stamped.

Responsibilities:

  • Become the Stamped expert (know our lifecycle and loyalty products like the back of your hand such that you can consult with our agencies on everything from strategy to the nitty gritty implementation)
  • Get in front of the right agencies to introduce them to Stamped's products. This will involve a mix of cold outreach, warm introductions, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • When you do land a call with a great agency, you'll be responsible for running thorough discovery to see if Stamped is a good fit for their clients
  • If it is, you'll pitch the value of Stamped and run agencies through a tailored demo of our platform(s) to bring our value to life and really help the message land with the people who will be using our products day to day
  • Hit and exceed referral targets (where we're getting client introductions from our agency partners)
  • Make introductions to any Stamped customers in need of agency services
  • Maintain clean reporting using our CRM (Hubspot), Partnerstack, Crossbeam, etc.
  • Advocate for our agencies internally and share wins with the rest of the company in slack and during All Hands meetings
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on any assets or collateral you may need to do your job well
  • Work very closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure we're providing the best possible experience to our agency referrals

Requirements:

  • Experience owning / executing DTC lifecycle marketing
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript
  • Ability to fluctuate between high level strategy and in the weeds execution in the same conversation
  • Curiosity and initiative to find answers to the questions you have independently
  • Ownership mentality over delivering results

Compensation:

We offer a starting salary of $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 CAD depending on experience. This role has a variable pay element which provides an estimated total OTE of $142,000.00 - $157,000.00 CAD.

We take a holistic approach to compensation at Stamped. Total compensation includes Salary, benefits, RRSP, ESPP, an annual education allowance and other perks.
