The Project System Administrator will assist project managers in submitting marketing materials across various platforms. They will take full ownership of the submission process once collateral is provided by designated internal team members.
In this role, you'll feel inspired daily to find ways to infuse our clients' brand DNA into digital projects, while staying updated on the latest trends and technologies. We are passionate about helping clients create authentic brand stories that resonate and deliver results.
This position requires independence, intuition, and keen attention to detail, along with a nimble, practical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities will include:
- Become an in-house expert on steps required to prepare and submit regulatory submissions
- Maintain a calendar to notify us of upcoming PAAB (Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board) renewals
- Streamline administrative processes with the support and guidance of senior team leads.
- Act as a regulatory compliance consultant
- Be responsible for quality of submissions ensuring they are uploaded error free and to our clients' specifications
- Serve as point of contact to address any issues related to regulatory submissions
- Develop and maintain instructions/user guides on how to submit to various regulatory systems
- Support the Project Management team as needed to fulfill other admin and coordinator duties
- Communication with external stakeholders affiliated with the submission process, both verbally and in writing to understand the platform needs
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences)
- Prior experience in regulatory submissions, project management, or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and compliance, especially in the pharmaceutical or advertising sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software, regulatory submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
