Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Generate collections of outstanding invoices through various communication methods (phone, email, etc.)
  • Review missed promise to pay dates
  • Review and approve campaign emails
  • Monitor credit memos
  • Take credit card payments over the phone
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role, specifically in handling collections of overdue invoices
  • Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email and in-person
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive customer relationships
  • The ability to adapt to different customer personalities, preferences and situations while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor
  • Capacity to understand customer needs, address concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work well in a team-based environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
  • Willingness to travel for job-related purposes, as needed.

Other Information:

  • This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
  • Location is open to candidates from our Ile des Chenes, Manitoba office or our Burlington, Ontario office. We are recruiting one person for this position.
