As a Blue Yonder Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder (formerly JDA/RedPrairie) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for providing expert consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This role demands a deep understanding of supply chain software systems, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for providing expert consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This role demands a deep understanding of supply chain software systems, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Once you join our team, you will…
- Be recognized as an expert in supply chain process and JDA/Blue Yonder software solutions, and able to lead in implementations.
- Lead product consulting sessions with clients, providing expert guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Configure Blue Yonder solutions to align with client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support for RF devices, printers, and other peripheral devices as needed during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with client teams and project stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of customer business needs, designing and configuring solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist customers with testing activities, including the creation of test scripts and documentation of testing results.
- Collaborate with development teams to specify enhancements or customizations required to meet client needs.
- Facilitate functional end-user training sessions, empowering clients to effectively utilize Blue Yonder applications.
- Provide go-live operations support, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing system stability.
- Guide business users on application operation and administration, offering expertise on business processes and system configurations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Extensive experience with Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie supply chain software systems, both from a functional and technical perspective.
- NICE to have: Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle databases, with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot database issues.
- Proven experience in documenting process flows, operational procedures, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and UNIX.
- NICE to have: Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio, and Visual Basic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
