Compensation:$80,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
