Who You Are:
- A seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in a strategic operations or senior management role, preferably within the industrial, fire protection, or energy and civil construction sectors.
- Educational background in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- A CET degree, Red Seal certification, or a trade certification such as Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter is highly valued.
- Extensive experience in civil construction, with a solid understanding of construction practices, techniques, and safety standards.
- Proven experience in managing business operations and project portfolios valued in excess of $20 - $50 million.
- A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to foresee challenges and create long-term plans that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Familiar with industry standards and safety regulations, including NFPA codes and other relevant standards.
- Lead the strategic planning and operational management of the company, ensuring that all projects and operations align with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee multiple departments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration to achieve optimal efficiency and project success.
- Drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the chief liaison between executive management and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic goals.
- Mentor and develop a pipeline of future leaders within the company, focusing on succession planning and talent development.
- Implement and uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance across all projects.
