Position Overview:

As a receptionist at Velocity Truck Centres Canada, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed
• Handle inquiries and provide information about services and products
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
• Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support dealership staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Class 5 Driver's License
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or commercial truck dealership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
