About the Role:
Reporting
The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Administrator reports directly to the Director of Corporate Health and Safety.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares HSE Data, statistic tracking and other reporting requirements.
- Maintains company HSE hazard registry.
- Prepares agenda, takes and distributes minutes of the HSPC and other meetings as required.
- Coordinates Health and Safety Representatives and Fire Warden activities.
- Research and development of health and safety programs when required.
- Oversees and keeps current information on the HSE SharePoint site.
- Creates imaging and messages for tv displays as a method of communication.
- Creates and revises documents, postings and manuals as required.
- Attends all Calgary location floor meetings, presents at meetings from time to time.
- Maintains Health and Safety boards in all Calgary locations.
- Works with the Training Coordinator setting up New Hire onboarding when required and course development.
- Maintains non-aviation vendor status, verifies WCB Clearance and Insurance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout all levels of the organization.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Marketing experience is an asset.
- Experience in Health and Safety is an asset but not required.
