Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
