Our Brand Representatives are pros at human interactions and personalized face to face experiences! They utilize their unmatched talents, knowledge, skills and expertise to deliver customer satisfaction and assist our clients in achieving their goals and success in established and emerging markets!

The Responsibilities of Brand Representative are focused on increasing brand awareness and driving sales production while promoting our clients' brands:

  • Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide the best possible product and service solutions
  • Represent clients' brands at promotional events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations, in-person and over the phone
  • Use provided leads to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, offer expert brand consultation, and close sales
  • Act as the main point of contact to address prospects' inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Ensure all work activities are tracked, managed, and logged in Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and enhance brand awareness
  • Strive for remarkable performance and work towards achieving outstanding results

Brand Representative Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, or marketing is preferred
  • Diploma in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Personal vehicle and valid Driver's License is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available Full-Time
