Why This Role Is Important To Effortless Admin

We are experiencing exciting growth, and we're introducing a new client-facing position: Onboarding & Amendment Coordinator. This role is crucial in providing a seamless experience for our clients during their onboarding process and when managing contract amendments. As we expand, your responsibilities will focus on guiding clients through these processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. We're looking for someone who can drive our client satisfaction and operational efficiency in these key areas.

(Some of) What You'll be Doing

  • Manage New Business and Amendment processes from end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for clients and advisors
  • Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder implementation meetings
  • Create & oversee project timelines for onboarding and amendments, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Provide exceptional white-glove service to all stakeholders throughout the onboarding and amendment processes
  • Collect, organize, and manage amendment requests from clients and advisors
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure necessary setups and changes are implemented correctly
  • Manage the successful handoff from implementation to ongoing benefits administration

Would Love For You To Have

  • Experience in Canadian employee benefits administration or consulting
  • Knowledge of group health, dental, life, and disability insurance products in Canada
  • Familiarity with flexible benefit plans and health spending accounts
  • Experience working with Canadian insurance carriers
  • Fluency in French is an asset but not a requirement
