Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled, reliable and honest handyman to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills and experience in home and office repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

.• Repair and replace fixtures, doors, windows, and other components.

• Inspect and diagnose issues to determine proper solutions.

• Assemble and install furniture and equipment.

• Ensure all work is completed in a safe and professional manner

.• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations

.• Keep track of tools and materials, ensuring they are in good condition and properly stored.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role

.• Proficiency in various repair and maintenance techniques

.• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physical tasks.
