Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis (optional), Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.

Core Competencies:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
- Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
- Current BCLS certification (Level C)
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Charting on Procura is an asset
Requirements:
- Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
- Valid Drivers License & reliable car in community homecare is required
- Up to date TB test within last 2 years
- Must have your own:
a)Stethoscope
b) Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer
