Job Title: Business Development Agent

Location: Remote

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Agent to join a growing construction firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the construction sector. As a Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and securing contracts for construction projects ranging from smaller to large-scale developments. This position is commission-based, offering you the potential to earn based on your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients within the construction industry.
  • Generate and pursue leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.
  • Present company capabilities, services, and projects to potential clients, tailoring presentations to their specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and the client.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and generate business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team regarding sales pipelines and progress toward targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine business development strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the construction or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process and ability to speak knowledgeably with potential clients about their project needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and attend in-person meetings with clients as required.

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role, with no cap on earning potential. The more business you bring in, the more you earn.
