Responsibilities and Duties

So, what's the job?

The Marketing Coordinator joins our team to manage our website assets, produce content, conduct market research, and support PPC and SEO campaigns. They ensure brand consistency, track campaign performance, and collaborate with various team members (internal and external) to drive brand awareness and business growth.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to:

  • Ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Delivering accurate and insightful market research reports
  • Achieving targeted PPC and SEO performance metrics
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Coordinating effectively with other departments to align marketing strategies
  • Producing high-quality promotional materials
  • Contributing to overall brand awareness and business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven customer support experience. (you must thrive on solving problems for people—that's what marketers do).
  • Must be able to embrace (and thrive) on new technology.
  • Must be able to work Independently.
  • Clear, effective efficient communication is a must, both written and verbal.
  • Must be well organized and able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven technical writing abilities (you might use ChatGPT, but you must not rely on it).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • You should be familiar with tools like HubSpot, MailChimp, WordPress, Adobe Suite or other similar platforms.
