Customer Service Coordinator - Mills

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our CDN Mill Sales and Planning business. This CSR professional will come with extensive experience in customer service dealing with various order and administrative queries. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager – Mills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process debits and credits, while maintaining customers and price files.
  • Maintain and create orders for both internal and external customers using existing systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate shipping information for pickup or deliver to customer and or warehouse locations.
  • Coordinate production scheduling through entering reviewing and adjusting where required.
  • Invoicing and checking of price exceptions.
  • Work with internal and external customers and expedite where necessary.
  • Communicate with customers on their order status, answering enquiries on shipment dates, etc.
  • Coordinate the needs of all areas to meet production.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in data entry.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and data management programs.
  • Good typing and keyboard skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • College diploma or equivalent related work experience required.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years' experience in manufacturing/customer service packaging environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong/effective communication skills.
  • Ability to present themselves in a professional manner.
