We are seeking an electrical Journey-Person who is eager to grow and become an essential member of our team. You will help Thrive Electrify complete its projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers numerous growth opportunities, and we are looking for the right person to seize this chance and grow with us.

What You'll Do

• Install LED lighting, EV charging and Solar projects.
  
• Provide reporting on project elements.
  
• Develop teams to foster growth and success.
  
• Meet project timelines and budgets.
  
• Onsite lifts, materials, and tools management.
  
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  
• Assist with quality control inspections.
  
• Uphold and advocate for Thrive's core values

WHAT You Bring

• Electrical Experience: Journey-Person.
  
• Class 5 Driver's License (Required).
  
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
  
• Applicants with strong technology skills will be considered first.

Compensation

• Starting at $36-$46 depending on your experience.
