Join Our Dynamic Operations Team: DataDrill is currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator

DataDrill Communications Inc. is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator who is eager to learn and grow with our dynamic team. Note: This role is required full-time in the office, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Dispatching – coordinate field work and provide job details to Field Technicians.
• Phone support to Field Technicians, including booking hotels.
• Scheduling field truck maintenance.
• Processing field tickets to ensure accurate billing.
• Ensuring client job ticketing system is updated.
• Coordinating with Support Teams to ensure field equipment is prepped as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Management, Accounting teams as needed.
• Provide after hours Operations On-Call Support.
• Interacting with clients over phone, text, email.
