Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Autobody Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in autobody repair and restoration, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform autobody repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess damage and determine repair requirements
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and apply paint according to manufacturer specifications
• Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs, such as welding equipment, air tools, and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Autobody Repair Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in autobody repair techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Salary range: $20-30 per hour, depending on experience
