We are looking for experienced Powder Coaters to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and durability. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This position operates in a hot environment with the presence of ovens and requires adherence to strict safety protocols.

Starting at $21 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Apply powder coating to various metal components following established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate powder coating equipment efficiently and safely.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or rework.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to the powder coating process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Proven experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work in a hot environment with exposure to ovens and other high-temperature equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Experience: Industrial spray painting: 2 years (preferred)Note: Extremely Hot inside the facility and in the summers, when required to be working outside, it will be extremely hot.
