Position Overview: The Service/Warranty Carpenter will play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction by providing hands-on service and warranty work. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of carpentry and finishing work, be able to troubleshoot on-site issues, and provide high-quality workmanship for various scopes including cabinetry, flooring, siding, windows, drywall repairs, and more. In addition to managing service and warranty tasks, this individual will also be expected to step in with our in-house work crews to assist with ongoing projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the service and warranty management of all completed projects.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance for cabinetry, flooring, siding, windows, and drywall.
• Communicate clearly and accurately with all stake holders including Ultimate management and customers.
• Provide high-quality craftsmanship on small to medium repairs.
• Troubleshoot and address customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with various work crews to support active projects when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Perform other carpentry-related duties as required by the scope of work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential carpentry or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with cabinetry, flooring, siding, window installation, and drywall repairs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
