Job Requirements

Here are the minimum requirements for this position:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of progressively senior experience or an overall 10-12 years in business systems analysis and technology design, development, and delivery.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including analysis, design, development, testing, and project management.
• Design and develop quality solutions consistent with project objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain secure solutions that maximize system availability, keeping scalability, throughput, and fault tolerance in mind.
• Experience developing web applications, database-driven applications, and distributed systems.
• Sense of urgency and ability to apply analytical skills to resolve problems and deliver solutions on the fly.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support rotation as required.
• Must be language agnostic - meaning can understand and catch up with solutions that cut across multiple languages/ platforms (Mainframe technologies / Java technologies / Salesforce/ .Net technologies).
• Working experience in all the common tools/utilities: Maven, GIT, Restful API testing, FTP, SSH, Unix script, SSL encryption.
• Strong troubleshooting skills - Able to read and debug the code.
• Understanding and application of technology trends (banking industry and overall best practices)
• Strong relationship-building, influence skills, and ability to productively interact with all levels of leadership
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with tech and business audiences
• Ability to create/modify/communicate tech roadmap, and design/advocate for solutions that align to existing roadmaps.
• Leadership of others, in formal and/or informal organization lines
• Strong collaboration skills working with other workstreams or project teams
• Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Qualifications

Here are the preferred qualifications for the position

• Ideal candidates will possess:
• Proficiency in some programming languages.
• Previous project experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments, experience with SAFe preferred.
• Atlassian Jira / Confluence tools experience.
• Resource and project management experience is highly preferred.
• Graduate Degree preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of the Consumer Bank and Deposit Products.
