Job DescriptionAs a Compensation Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our people are rewarded competitively and equitably, while driving initiatives that directly impact our employees. If you love diving into data, working across teams, and helping shape a fair and transparent compensation structure, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:
Compensation Administration:
- Keep our compensation system running smoothly by managing job codes and profiles in Workday.
- Turn data into insights! Prepare and present detailed reports that help guide key decisions.
- Play a vital role in administering salary structures, merit increases, and bonuses, ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
- Keep our HR systems up-to-date with accurate employee compensation data.
Retail Bonus Initiatives:
- Be the go-to expert for our retail bonus programs—track eligibility, calculate payouts, and make sure everyone gets what they've earned.
- Partner with finance and retail leaders to deliver bonuses that are timely and on point.
- Answer questions and provide guidance to managers and HR partners, becoming their trusted advisor on bonus-related inquiries.
Purchase Order Management:
- Own the purchase order process for compensation expenses—accuracy is your superpower!
- Work closely with finance and procurement to track expenses and stay on budget.
- Reconcile invoices and purchase orders, keeping everything on track for the Total Rewards team.
Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) Administration:
- Be the champion of our ESPP! Manage enrollments, contributions, and terminations, while keeping employees informed and excited about their participation.
- Offer top-notch support, helping employees understand the perks and benefits of the plan.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Stay ahead of the curve by ensuring compliance with local compensation laws and regulations.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, regulatory updates, and compensation best practices to keep us competitive.
Employee Support & Communication:
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials to roll out new compensation policies—your presentations will leave employees feeling informed and empowered.
- Be the voice of compensation! Effectively communicate programs and policies in a way that's clear and accessible for all.
Let's Talk About You:
- 1+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related field.
- You're always looking for new ways to improve processes and love being part of a team that embraces innovation.
- You have a sharp eye for detail and can think critically, solving challenges independently and with confidence.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities—you can keep cool under pressure!
- Excel wizards are welcome! Your data management skills are top-notch, and you're great at building reports and presentations.
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker.
- High integrity—you're trustworthy with confidential information and approach your work with professionalism and care.
