As a FSQA Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's AIMS documents within our ETQ system. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage document control processes will be essential to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our critical documentation. You will also play a key role in supporting various administrative tasks and data analysis activities within our FSQA department.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain the master document control list for AIMS documents
  • Updates, maintains, stores, and manages all AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Enter, scan, update, archive, and upload all AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Oversee the storage and retrieval of AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Collect and prepare supporting documentation for all department
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness for all department AIMS documents
  • Removing documents that are obsolete
  • Oversee review and revision control for all AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Processing controlled documentation within the ETQ system
  • Reviewing documentation packages for accuracy and conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Formatting to structure record and data entry work
  • Investigation, analysis of data and helping produce change control documents
  • Maintain master copies of documents and assist in storing documents by scanning and other methods for archiving materials
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • A diploma in a relevant field is preferred
  • Attention to detail, accountability, written and verbal communication skills, data collection and analysis
  • Administrative experience and computer literacy skills
  • Strong organizational skills
