Sixth Sense is a thriving and fast-growing company that is currently seeking an outstanding Client Representative to join us at our Richmond, BC office. Our new Client Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers on a daily basis to resolve any issues related to customer support, promote and sell new products and services, and provide customers with a top-notch experience. We are seeking a candidate who is not only capable of delivering exceptional customer service but also someone who is a confident and cooperative team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work every day.

Client Representative Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for customers and provide excellent product and service solutions
  • Use your knowledge to accurately address customer queries and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Demonstrate the benefits of our services and increase sales revenue through effective promotional techniques
  • Handle all customer interactions with care, composure, and understanding while delivering accurate and transparent support
  • Document and process customer orders meticulously to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Attend meetings and training webinars to stay updated and improve knowledge
  • Provide valuable insights to enhance customer satisfaction and develop new skills
  • Strive for excellence in assigned duties
  • Maintain professionalism at all times

The ideal applicant is someone who:

  • Has previous experience in customer service roles
  • Holds a degree in Communications, Business or related fields
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication and customer interaction
  • Possesses strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and interacting with people
  • Exhibits key qualities such as empathy, responsiveness, patience, conscientiousness, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Skilled in building meaningful relationships with people through conversations
  • Willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
  • Available to work full-time
