Senior Marketing Strategist, Full-Time

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
• Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) across multiple stores through strategic timing, template design, call-to-action and engaging content.
• Drive lead generation strategies through inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Track, analyze and measure marketing campaigns, filling the funnel with leads and sharing insight through reports on ROI.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Project management of content and imagery updates for our digital platforms and websites, traditional mediums and in-store campaigns.
• Stay on top of all the thank you's from our 5-star reviews using our reputation management system.
• Contribute to our community investment program, FFUN Spirit, through event coordination and idea generation.

What you need

• Passion and enthusiasm. Someone whose heart races when they think marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of formal marketing training.
• Masters Degree in Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
• A fantastic attitude, organizational and communication skills that would make your old English teacher blush.

• Bonus points for exposure to video creation or social media experience in the workplace.
