Join a leading construction company in Edmonton, Alberta as a Site Superintendent, where you'll oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed within design, budget, and schedule parameters. You'll manage and coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to meet targets, implement Quality Control Programs, and maintain cost control throughout construction. You'll work closely with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors to proactively address and resolve issues as they arise.
What You Do

• Oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Manage and coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors.
• Implement Quality Control Programs and maintain cost control throughout construction.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.

Who You Are

• Experienced Site Superintendent with 10+ years in commercial construction.
• Strong communicator, highly organized, and able to take initiative.
• Preferably educated in construction, building technology, or engineering.
• Certified with NCSO and Journeyman Carpenter ticket (preferred).
• Experienced in managing projects over $15 million.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Hold a valid, clean Driver's license and be ready to travel.
