As a Landscaper / Hardscape Technician, you will be an essential part of our team and will be responsible for installing and maintaining outdoor spaces. You will work hands-on to shape landscapes by planting, mulching, trimming, and maintaining plants, trees, and lawns. Your role will also involve using tools and equipment to ensure the upkeep of gardens and green areas, creating inviting and functional outdoor environments.

Hourly Wage: $24-$30/hr depending on experience (Permanent Full Time)

Work Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction

• Basic knowledge of plants and how to care for them

• Proficient in using both manual and power tools safely and efficiently

• Proficiency in written and spoken English communication

• Dependable team player with a proactive attitude to anticipate company requirements

• Basic mechanical skills to perform routine equipment maintenance

• High attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately

• Physical endurance to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to operate grounds construction equipment including front end loader, backhoe, skidsteer, tractors, trencher, etc

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

• Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites
