Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Review RFQs, analyze specifications, and assist with writing technical proposals, including scope, schedules, and clarifications.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet proposal commitments, improve processes, and participate in post-project reviews.
Offer general technical support to teams and manage vendor identification, vetting, and quality validation.
Oversee the creation and coordination of project-related documentation, including product, operation, and safety manuals.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Develop and implement standardized training programs and installation playbooks for operator, engineering, and maintenance levels.
Create and manage procedures for warranty claims, including client communication protocols and policy refinement.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in a similar Managerial role is required
Experience working in a similar field required
Ability to obtain a clean drivers abstract a must
