We're seeking compassionate and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This customer-focused role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
What you'll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

What you'll need:

• US Citizenship is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and sales abilities
• Basic understanding of insurance concepts (preferred but not required)
• A passion for helping others and building relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
