Sales Coordinator - Retail Club Housewares

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join the Club team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and product development efforts to enhance relationships and drive sales with club retailers such as Costco, S&R, Pricesmart, Sam's Club, and BJ's. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong project management skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach in a dynamic B2B environment. Previous experience with Club retailers and a keen eye for service delivery will be highly advantageous. The position will report to the Club Business Unit Manager.

Salary $60-$70K plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

Location - Hybrid role with 3 days in Oakville office - living within a 30-minute drive to Oakville is best.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Manage daily communication with clients, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Sales Support:

  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
  • Organize and prepare materials for sales presentations and offerings, including sample management and assembly as needed
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop compelling presentations that enhance sales effectiveness

Project Management:

  • Organize and coordinate product launch meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up tasks
  • Working with the Product Development team and Operations team, monitor project progress, ensure timely completion and address any issues or delays

Market Research:

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies
  • Identify insights, and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations

Qualifications desired:

  • Previous experience with club retailers (e.g., Costco, S&R, Pricesmart) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and eager approach to learning, growth, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and act on opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- knowledge in AI tools and Social Media marketing a strong asset.
  • Interest in Sales Support and learning Product Support

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background in areas of Business, Marketing, Design an asset
