About The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for two Leasing Coordinators to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the ­­Leasing Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to ­­­­play a key role in the residential leasing activities for a lease-up of 295 units at an upcoming building launch in Burnaby, BC. This role acts as a brand ambassador from the very first interaction we have with any prospective resident and contributes to elevating our customer experience.

What You'll Do

Leasing Inquiries and Prospecting:

  • Initial communications by responding to email inquiries, answering phone calls, and setting up appointments for prospective tenants.
  • Welcome prospective tenants at the presentation center, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to while waiting for their tour.
  • Assist with maintaining communication through Salesforce email campaigns, answering general questions, and ensuring prospects feel valued throughout the leasing process.

Scheduling Appointments:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective tenants, ensuring utilization of Salesforce for prospect tracking and information gathering.
  • Assist Leasing Associates with follow-ups to ensure prospects remain engaged and receive any additional information required.

Lease Documentation and Applications:

  • Efficiently distribute lease applications and guide prospects through the application process.
  • Support Leasing Associates in preparing lease agreements, and other requirement documents.
  • Organize and maintain lease documents, application forms, and records of communication with prospective tenants.

Data Entry:

  • Input and update lead and prospect data, suite availability and pricing information into Salesforce or other CRM systems, ensuring real-time accuracy.
  • Assist with tracking inventory, ensuring any changes in availability or pricing are reflected correctly based on absorption schedules.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with Leasing team in updating marketing channels to ensure that the building maintains a strong online presence, across various marketing channels for suite listings.
  • Support Leasing Associates and Manager in preparing reports, weekly summaries, and insights to be shared with senior leadership team.

What You Bring

  • One (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role;
  • Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:30am-6:00pm;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to changing needs;
  • Ability to listen intently and work collaboratively to provide resident-centered solutions;
  • Familiarity with industry specific software platforms (i.e. Salesforce, DocuSign, Certn) will be considered an asset;
  • Experience in leasing, affordable housing, sales or property management will be considered an asset.

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
