We're looking for a person who is self-motivated, has outstanding energy and ability to pursue leads, qualify business, and demonstrate “Excellence in Customer Service”. This is a perfect job for someone looking to join a winning team! Ideally, this person would have some previous experience in B2B (Business to Business) Telemarketing and experience in the Customer Service field. In this role, you will work exclusively with our team to build relationships with our key customers and support the sales team by setting up appointments for our sales team. You are the first point of contact and a critical piece of relationship management for our long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities, decision maker(s) and related customer service needs
  • Educate potential clients on the features, benefits, and ultimate value of our all-inclusive office design services
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and prospect information on Hubspot.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
  • Monthly sprints with regular high-volume outbound calling
  • Marketing or pitching executives and owners of small, medium, and large companies.
  • Desired Skills: Some knowledge of interior design and construction industry would be ideal but not necessary.
  • Resilient personality who can handles objections and think on the fly
  • Crafting engaging cold emails that help drive engagement

Required Experience and Skills

  • Extroverted and loves speaking to people.
  • 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask, and remember details.
  • Positive attitude towards delegation, peer reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Communicates through email, live chat and over the phone in a clear, concise, and friendly way.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Computer literacy and proven ability to learn new software and technologies.
  • Quick Learner, always willing to increase their knowledge base.
  • Excellent team player who will lead when required and always works in the best interests of the team.
