Title: Outbound Sales Manager

Salary: Base Salary + PTO + Benefits + Commission (OTE $150,000-$200,000)

Length: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Thornhill, ON

Reporting to: VP of Revenue & Sales Operations

We are a dynamic team of bright, ambitious individuals seeking a like-minded Outbound Sales Manager to help elevate our brand to new heights! As our Outbound Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading our Business Development team for our operations in Canada. Your strategic vision and leadership will be key in driving our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume full ownership of the Canadian BDR team, providing strategic oversight and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Foster close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product departments to drive revenue and execute growth strategies.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation via multiple channels, primarily through cold calling, outbound email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Articulate WellnessLiving's value proposition effectively, generating excitement among potential clients and promoting product demonstrations.
  • Establish and monitor departmental targets and quotas, leveraging data analysis, market research, and industry trends.
  • Develop impactful prospecting and outreach strategies in consultation with the Director of Sales.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and successes, providing comprehensive updates to the Director of Sales.
  • Mentor and support the professional development and growth of the BDR team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Lead by example, showcasing exemplary cold calling skills and techniques to inspire the team.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks while consistently prioritizing customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a BDR, SDR, Lead Gen, or Pre-Sales role, with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager position.
  • Preferably hold a post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience within the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and surpass measurable performance goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, collaborating effectively with peers who encourage continuous improvement. Strong time management skills and a receptive approach to feedback are critical for success.
  • Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding sales professionals towards their professional development and growth.
  • Willingness to lead by example, including proficiency in cold calling to demonstrate effective techniques to the team.
  • Excellent prioritization skills for managing competing tasks while consistently prioritizing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Stonly platforms is a plus.
