The Canalta Hotel Family is looking for an inspirational leader to support and supervise our guest service and housekeeping teams. The Operations Supervisor position won't bore you as everyday will be a new and challenging experience! You'll be immersed in every aspect of the Canalta Hotel world. You will generate Legendary experiences by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that "moments! What you will be responsible for:

  • Creating legendary guest experiences
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Acting manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager
  • Providing courteous assistance to guests and team members as needed, reinforcing all Canalta's policies and procedures
  • Leading the guest service and housekeeping teams by example at an extremely high level
  • Providing training, coaching and guidance to guest service agents and room attendants
  • Completion of all required training
  • Actively work to build a high functioning, motivated and engaged team
  • Maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards according to Canalta standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintaining productivity and labor costs according to budgets
  • Organizing your time effectively and efficiently
  • Completion of required paperwork
  • Maintain a safe working environment

What our requirements are:

  • Five years experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365
  • Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and training opportunities
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
