Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and process credits
- Submit invoices into customer portals
- Apply customer payments and monitor credit memos
- Reconcile missing payments and investigate discrepancies
- Monitor the shared email inbox
- Various month-end reconciliations
- Back-up for other Accounts Receivable Clerk tasks (collections, taking credit card payments over the phone, setting up new customer credit accounts etc.)
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably with processing invoices
- Excellent time management and organization skills to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in invoicing, applying payments and reconciliations
- The ability to adapt to process changes and various accounting software and tools
- The ability to work well in a team-based environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
- Ability to analyze and investigate missing payments or payment discrepancies, with persistence in finding and correcting errors
- Effective written and verbal communication for interacting with customers, and other departments
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications for tasks such as spreadsheet analysis (Excel), document creation (Word), and email communication (Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for job-related purposes, as needed.
- Experience submitting invoices into customer portals.

Other Information
- This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
- Location is open to candidates from our Ile des Chenes, Manitoba office or our Burlington office.
- Wage will depend on the qualifications of the candidate.
