Helical Pile Solutions is a deep foundations contractor with over 30 years of experience in the industry, recently acquired by Java Holdings Ltd. (“Java”). Java staff have over 50 years of experience building some of Canada's largest electrical infrastructure projects. HPS is currently seeking a Field Supervisor with foundation piling experience to join our team.

Requirements

• Supervision of HPS field crews and third-party service providers to ensure that all safety, quality and schedule is achieved.

• Prior experience on major projects supervising helical pile installation.

• Work with Project Manager to ensure that project is on schedule.

• Work with Project Manager and Operations to ensure that project has adequate resources and manpower to achieve schedule.

• responsible for establishing and maintaining client relations at the site level.

• sufficient in Microsoft excel.

• optimizing the installation schedule

• ensuring that installation equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

• Report and ensure all hazards and incidents are reported and investigated, help establish suitable controls and recommendations.

• participate in Toolbox Meetings and site safety meetings.

• ensure that all paperwork (FLHA's, LEMS, Timesheets, Equipment Inspections etc.) are completed and that they are reviewed, and deficiencies are reported to appropriate departments.
  Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years with Helical Piles

• Be able to read blueprints.

• Work with minimal supervision

• Have well organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills

• experience with solar construction is an asset

• must have a valid driver license
