Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to lead and manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, mentor junior team members, and develop innovative data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Data & Analytics projects, ensuring successful delivery to clients.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Oversee data collection, cleansing, and preparation processes.
• Design and implement data architectures, data models and data integration solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in data and analytics projects.
• Experience leading project teams and managing project delivery.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions to clients.
• Strong technical background in data and analytics technologies, including data warehousing, data lakes, and big data (Spark, Hive) platforms.
• Knowledge of data visualization and BI tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with data modelling and data governance.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions, such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
