What you'll do:
- . Next Level Performance: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch maintenance technicians
- . Keep our beautiful hotel in tip-top shape by performing routine maintenance and repairs on all facilities and equipment
- . Keep our grounds beautiful and welcoming for our guests
- . Ensure our pool area is sparkling clean, safe and ready for fun!
- . Be a Brand Ambassador by representing our values and culture in person and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
- . Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace to create a welcoming environment for our guests
- . Collaborate with our amazing team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience
- . Be the go-to person for all things maintenance sharing your knowledge & skills with fellow team members

What we're looking for:
- . High Quality Commitment: Prior experience in maintenance is a plus but not required, we are happy to provide training. Your passion for hospitality is what matters most
- . Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping & pool maintenance
- . Engaging Personality: A friendly, upbeat demeanor that can put guests at ease and make their stay unforgettable
- . Eager, Willing & Able: A strong commitment to being reliable for our guests and for our team is expected
- . Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and support your teammates
- . Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays - a little extra is never a bad thing!
