As our Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for various bookkeeping activities and supporting month end reconciliations and reporting, as well as providing general accounting support to other business entities under the Bell umbrella. Some of the expectations of this role include:
- Administering accounts payable and accounts receivable in line with the company's established accounting processes.
- Preparing and entering daily and month-end journal entries.
- Performing account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, intercompany accounts, accruals, prepaids and other accounting duties as required.
- Maintaining digital filing and record keeping.
- Supporting execution of various accounting activities and projects as required.

- Demonstrated proficiency working with various computerized accounting and/or ERP systems such as Quick Books and Sage, Syspro, Microsoft Office. Strong excel skills is a must.
They must also possess the following experience and/or education:
NOTE: All combinations of education in a related field and experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience full-cycle accounting, preferably in a multi-divisional/multi-jurisdictional organization
- Business Management Diploma
