One of our clients is seeking an Industrial Spray Painter in Bolton, ON for thier manufacturing facility.

Shift : Day and Afternoon

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
• Set up and operate industrial spray-painting equipment to apply primers, paints, and protective coatings.
• Mix and match paint colors and finishes to meet project specifications.
• Ensure even application and thickness of coatings across different materials such as metal, plastic, or wood.
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, correcting any imperfections or inconsistencies.
• Maintain and clean spray painting equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols to avoid accidents and exposure to harmful chemicals.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an industrial spray painter or similar role.
• Familiarity with spray painting techniques, equipment, and surface preparation methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents related to painting specifications.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality control.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in industrial painting or surface coating.
• Experience with specific coatings such as epoxy, polyurethane, or powder coatings.
