Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siebel Oracle Systems Architect to oversee the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions within Siebel and Oracle ecosystems. The architect will work closely with development, infrastructure, and project management teams to ensure efficient and scalable solutions are delivered across multiple platforms. This role requires strong expertise in both Siebel and Oracle technologies, as well as experience with system integration, migration, and architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of Siebel and Oracle systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Develop and implement solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Integration & Migration: Design and oversee the integration of Siebel with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SOA Suite, OSM, IPAG). Ensure seamless migration strategies for legacy systems to modernized platforms.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance across Siebel, Oracle, and other integrated platforms. Serve as a mentor and lead to technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of complex solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Siebel and Oracle systems. Address issues related to aging code, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Development Oversight: Oversee the development of new software solutions and enhancements to existing software using best practices. Guide technical staff to resolve software issues, ensuring compliance with business and technical requirements.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all architectural designs and implementations adhere to the organization's security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices.

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise in Siebel architecture, including Siebel CRM, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), and Siebel integration workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, Oracle SOA Suite, OSM, and IPAG systems.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, web services, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Siebel performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud integration and migration strategies, preferably with GCP, BigQuery, and other cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Team Foundation, Urban Code Deploy, and OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience with automation and regression testing frameworks such as Selenium, HP UFT, and Cucumber.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Siebel architecture and Oracle system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive and self-directed approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with hybrid project management methodologies (agile and waterfall).
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the CRM and ERP domains.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale Siebel and Oracle implementations in enterprise environments.

Benefits

  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 40 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week

  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
