Background with these areas of Domain Knowledge would be great. As they will be working on Cap market - Fixed Income/US treasuries, Repos, Broadridge experience & Apex system (Repos).
Must have excellent communication skills, should be able to present to executives.
Must have the ability do hands on work with requirements writing, leading the team, ensure tech teams are delivering well.
Must have agile experience as they will be working in Jira.
