Role and Responsibilities

• Install agriculture equipment
• Represent Norwell Dairy in a professional manner with peers and customers
• Work independently while communicating within a team environment
• Continued training as needed: on the job, in the classroom, and through book-learning with manuals
• Other opportunities as the business needs grow
• Will be required to take a turn with after-hours service schedule once adequately trained

Skills and Qualifications

• Problem solving, trouble shooting, and critical thinking.
• Able to work with minimal supervision. Can see what needs to be done and take initiative to accomplish it.
• Drive to grow within the organization and keep current with new products and processes
• Milking equipment/Agriculture knowledge and experience is an asset, but not a requirement
