About the Brand Activation Manager Role

  • Supports the development of Shopper Marketing programs by leveraging brand and customer strategies, along with shopper insights, to create breakthrough programs that drive engagement
  • Effectively manage projects from concept through to execution

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Influence and collaborate with sales and brand teams to ensure programs address key customer opportunities.
  • Support the development of National Selling Tools
  • Manage shopper programs through all stages from concept to execution
  • Budget and Project Management
  • Analysis of programs and post program evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years shopper marketing, customer marketing or sales experience
  • Previous CPG | Beverage Alcohol Industry Experience
  • On Premise experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships at multiple levels - internally and externally
  • Strong project, time management, ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Demands

  • Position is mostly sedentary and requires use of computer.
  • Some travel may be required.
