What Youll Do:

As a Sales Support Specialist, youll play a crucial role in ensuring our sales and project management teams have the support they need to excel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and accurate service to customers, addressing their inquiries via phone and email.
• Assisting project managers, outside salespeople, and the division manager with various tasks, whether they are in or out of the office.
• Handling all parts quotes and warehouse sales for the mechanical division.
• Managing order entry and monitoring Winnipeg Construction Association (WCA) projects.
• Preparing final quotes for bid and spec projects, design-build projects, and smaller daily requests from our customers.
• Attending supplier-supported training sessions (in-house or at supplier facilities) and actively self-educating.
• Participating in divisional meetings and customer events, such as open houses, sporting events, and lunches.

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive role. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (3 or more years preferred).
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• The ability to learn how to read and interpret construction drawings.
• A positive attitude, excellent attendance, and a reliable team spirit.
