MDSearch is recruiting Family Physicians for a combined LFP + Preventative Health position to join the medical care team of one of Canada's most recognized brands in downtown Vancouver. The clinic focuses on family practice, preventive medicine, personalized health and wellness plans, and delivering quality healthcare outcomes.

About the Role:

In this combined Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) and Preventive Care practice, the physician's time will be divided between delivering traditional family medicine to a small patient panel of approximately 400 and conducting preventive, wellness, and non-medical treatment exams. With the professional and administration teams handling practice management and billing, you can focus solely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

LFP Family Physician:

  • Provide longitudinal primary care to a small patient panel.
  • Competitive Split-Fee for direct (80/20) and indirect patient care and panel payments (90/10).

Physician - Preventive Health:

  • Conduct preventative and wellness health assessments.
  • Compensation: $300/hr (no overhead).

Key Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice in British Columbia.
  • Maintain medical liability insurance through the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
  • Comfortable with using an EMR and workplace technology.
