We are hiring for Second Bind who pioneers in environmental innovation, transforming clutter into purpose for a sustainable future. We are looking for a Project Management Intern who will work closely with the Design and Development team to support various IT and design projects and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and update project plans and documentation
- Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Conduct research and gather information for project planning and decision-making
- Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations
- Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Support the team in administrative tasks and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Design, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
