About the role:

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Department Managers and Assistant Department Managers in throughout various departments to work alongside department managers and the Olive Branch leadership team to ensure excellence in customer service within assigned departments and the store as a whole.

What you'll do:

• Lead, mentor and empower team members to improve efficiency, engagement, and retention

• Provide exceptional service to every Olive Branch customer

• Maintain merchandising and operational standards

• Be accountable for department objectives, including all Health and Food Safey requirements, and Kosher law process requirements

• You may occasionally be required to work in cold environments (freezer loading and unloading) and lift up to 50lbs

• Be assigned to one (or more) of our various departments, including; Grocery, Produce, Meat, Deli, Cheese, Fresh-To-Go, Bakery, and more
